Anal warts is challenging , following CDC recommendation for treatment:

Recommended Regimens for Anal Warts

Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen
OR
TCA or BCA 80%–90% applied to warts. A small amount should be applied only to warts and allowed to dry, at which time a white frosting develops. If an excess amount of acid is applied, the treated area should be powdered with talc, sodium bicarbonate, or liquid soap preparations to remove unreacted acid. This treatment can be repeated weekly, if necessary.

Surgical removal

The best way is to go to the doctor and get it checked out. It might be a bit embarrassing though so go somewhere as far away from where you live as possible.

I agree with Sco
Cryo may works for outside but you have internally then it is not easy. If you live in California or willing to travel then I think Arani center is an excellent option because they remove it physically . take care
